Low silhouette and powerful armament!

The Jagdpanzer IV (Sd.Kfz. 162) was a German tank destroyer designed on the proven PzKpfw IV chassis. Produced from 1944, it was distinguished by its low silhouette, strongly sloped frontal armor and powerful armament in the form of the 7.5 cm PaK 39 L/48 gun, and in later versions, the PaK 42 L/70 gun.

The vehicle saw action in Italy, on the Eastern Front, in Normandy and during the offensive in The Ardennes. It was valued for its effectiveness against Allied tanks and its relatively simple and effective design.

• Tank Destroyer Commander – Dressed in green trousers and camouflage uniform. He wears an officer's cap and holds binoculars.

• A tank destroyer crew member – dressed in a green uniform and Feldmütze cap. He holds a gas canister in his hand and seems to resent having to leave the vehicle.

• A German Fallschirmjäger – dressed in a uniform tunic and a camouflaged paratrooper helmet. His weaponry includes a Gewehr 43 sniper rifle and a Panzerschreck anti-tank grenade launcher.

• A paratrooper medic (Fallschirmjäger) – wearing a camouflaged helmet and uniform with added red cross markings. He has a first aid kit, stretcher and stethoscope at his disposal.

Modified interior – After removing the top armor plate, we can look inside the vehicle and admire the replicated gun, ammunition rack and other vehicle equipment.

Removable engine – under the removable service hatch is the engine compartment holding the Maybach HL120 TRM engine. The engine can be removed and placed on a stand featuring the engine name.
