Account Terms and Conditions for the cobi.eu Online Store

Introduction – The Foundations of Your Account in the COBI World Dear User! We are pleased that you are joining our community of designers. These terms and conditions are a precise, step-by-step guide to how your account works at cobi.pl. Treat it like your personal workshop – a place where you store your plans, track your construction history, and manage your data. We have built these rules on solid foundations to ensure our cooperation is transparent and comfortable.

  • 1. Chief Designer – Seller and Contact
  1. The owner and administrator of the cobi.pl online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is COBI SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office in Warsaw (04-709), at ul. Jaskrów 11, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000025310, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9521783570, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 01327627800000, share capital PLN 8,250,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

  • Account – Your personal workshop in the Store, a free service provided electronically that allows you to use additional functionalities of the Store. • User – any natural person with full legal capacity, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that creates an Account in the Store.
  • Store – our world of blocks available at https://cobi.eu.
  • Seller – COBI S.A., the Chief Designer responsible for the operation of the Store.
  • 3. Essential Elements – Technical Requirements To properly create and use an Account, you only need three basic elements:
  1. A device with internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone).
  2. An active email account.
  3. A standard web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
  • 4. Your Personal Workshop – Account Creation and Features
  1. Creating an Account in our Store is completely voluntary and free of charge.
  2. The Account gives you access to additional tools that make shopping easier, such as:
  3. viewing your order history,
  4. tracking the status of current orders,
  5. independently editing your address details.
  6. To create an Account, complete the registration form available in the Store.
  7. Upon confirmation of registration, an indefinite contract for the provision of Account management services is concluded between you and the Seller, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
  • 5. Your Tools – Account Management and Disabling
  1. You have full control over your data in the Account panel and can edit it at any time.
  2. You may cancel your Account at any time, without providing a reason and without incurring any costs. We call this "disabling."
  3. To disable your Account, simply send us your cancellation request by email to: kontakt@cobi.pl. Your Account will be immediately deleted, and the Account management agreement will be terminated.
  • 6. User Manual – Rights and Obligations of the Builder
  1. As a User, you agree to provide accurate information in the registration form and to update it as needed.
  2. Providing illegal content through the Store is prohibited. Remember, we are building a friendly and safe community together.
  • 7. If Something Doesn't Fit – Complaint Procedure
  1. If you have any concerns about the operation of your Account, you can submit a complaint by sending it to the following email address: kontakt@cobi.pl.
  2. We will review your complaint and respond within 14 days of receiving it.
  3. If you are a Consumer and the complaint procedure does not bring the expected result, you may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including:
  4. mediation conducted by the competent Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection,
  5. assistance from the competent permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.
  • 8. Protection of Your Data – Privacy and Security
  1. The Seller is the controller of your personal data provided in connection with maintaining the Account.
  2. Your privacy is our priority. Full and detailed instructions on how we protect your personal data, what rights you have, and how to exercise them can be found in our Privacy and Cookie Policy. We encourage you to read it.
  • 9. Future Plans – Changes to the Terms and Conditions
  1. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, such as changes in legal regulations or the introduction of new Account functionalities.
  2. We will inform you of the planned change at least 7 days before it takes effect by sending a message to the email address assigned to your Account.
  3. If you do not accept the planned changes, you have the right to terminate the Account agreement before they take effect. Simply notify us by email. Failure to object to the change by the date the change takes effect will constitute acceptance.
  • 10. Final Structure – Final Provisions
  1. The Account agreement is concluded in Polish and is governed by Polish law.
  2. Any disputes with Users who are not Consumers will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
  3. These Terms and Conditions do not in any way limit the rights of Consumers under applicable law.
