Defining, among others rules for concluding sales contracts through the store, containing the most important information about the seller, the store and the rights of the consumer.

Appendix No. 1: Model withdrawal form
- 1 DEFINITIONS
Working days - days from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Account - a free function offered by the Store regulated by separate regulations (service provided electronically), thanks to which the Buyer can set up their individual Account in the Store.
Customer - a person with full legal capacity or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, properly represented by an actual person who accepts the Sales Regulations.
Consumer - a consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, a customer who is an actual person concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller for purposes not directly related to its business or professional activity; Entrepreneur with Consumer rights - a Customer who is an actual person concluding a Sales Agreement directly related to its business activity, when the content of this agreement shows that it does not have a professional nature for it, resulting in particular from the subject of its business activity, made available on based on the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity.
Buyer - any entity buying in the Store.
Regulations - these regulations.
Store - Cobi online store - a store with construction blocks and toys run by the Seller at https://cobi.eu.
Seller - COBI SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA with its registered office at ul. Jaskrow 11, 04-709 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register - register of entrepreneurs by the DISTRICT COURT FOR THE CITY OF WARSAW IN WARSAW, 14th COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER, under KRS number 0000025310, NIP number 9521783570, REGON number 013276278, share capital PLN 8,250,000.00.

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- For the proper functioning of the Store, you need:
- a device with Internet access
- a web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies
- To place an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements set out in para. 1, an active email account is required.
- 4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE
- The prices of goods visible in the Store are total prices for the goods, including VAT.
- The Seller points out that the total price of the order consists of the following items indicated in the Store: the price for the goods and the costs of delivery of the goods.
- The goods selected for purchase should be added to the basket in the Store.
- Next, the Buyer selects from the available in the Store: the method of delivery of the goods and the method of payment for the order and also provides the data necessary to complete the order.
- The order is placed at the moment of confirmation of its content and acceptance of the Regulations by the Buyer.
- Placing an order is tantamount to concluding a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Seller shall provide the Consumer with confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract on a durable medium at the latest at the time of delivery of the goods.
- The Buyer may register in the Store, i.e. set up an Account in it or make purchases without registration by providing their data with each possible order.
- 5 PAYMENTS
- You can pay for your order:
- By ordinary transfer to the Seller's bank account.
- With a payment card:

- Via the Przelewy24 (P24) payment platform.
- Cash on delivery, i.e.at the time of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
- If the Buyer chooses payment in advance, the order must be paid within 5 working days of placing the order.
- The Seller informs that in the case of some payment methods, due to their specificity, payment for the order with this method is possible only immediately after placing the order.
- 6 ORDER FULFILLMENT
- The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.
- The deadline for order fulfillment is 1 business day.
- If the Buyer has chosen to pay for the order in advance, the Seller will proceed with the order after it has been paid for.
- In a situation where, under one order, the Buyer purchased goods with different delivery dates, the order will be completed on the date appropriate for the goods with the longest delivery date.
- Goods purchased in the Store are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Poland, depending on which delivery method the Buyer has chosen:
- Via a courier company
- Through the Polish Post
- 7 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Store, subject to § 8 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day:
- In which the Consumer came into possession of the goods or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer came into possession of the goods.
- In which the Consumer came into possession of the last item or in which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, came into possession of the last item in the case of a contract obliging to transfer ownership of many items that are delivered separately.
- In order for the Consumer to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 2 of the Regulations, about his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or information sent by e-mail).
- The consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of the Regulations, but it is not mandatory.
- In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for the Consumer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
6. In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller returns to the Consumer all payments received from them, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed about the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract
7. The Seller will return the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution, in each case the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this return.
- The seller may withhold the return of payment until receipt of the goods or until proof of its return is provided to them, depending on which event occurs first.
- The Seller asks you to return the goods to the following address: COBI SA, Magazyn retail, ul. Wojska Polskiego 3, 39-300 Mielec immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
- The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- The consumer is only liable for a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned in the usual way by post, the Consumer will also have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The Consumer will be informed about the estimated amount of these costs by the Seller in the description of the goods in the Store or when placing the order.
- If there is a need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund it to the bank account assigned to the Buyer's payment card.
- 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
1. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to the contract:
- In which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet their individual needs.
- In which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life.
- In which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.
- In which the subject of the service are items which, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items after delivery.
- In which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.
- For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement.
- In which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract.
- For the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing him by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
2. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to an entity other than the Consumer.
- 9 COMPLAINTS
1. In the event of a defect in the goods, the buyer has the option of complaining about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee regulated in the Civil Code or in the Act on consumer rights, provided that the guarantee has been granted.
2. Using the warranty, the Buyer may, on the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code or in the Act on consumer rights:
a. Submit a price reduction statement.
b. In the case of a significant defect - submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract.
c. Demand replacement of the item with a defect-free item.
d. Request removal of the defect.
3. The Seller asks you to submit complaints under the warranty to the postal or electronic address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
4. If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint, it is necessary to deliver the advertised goods to the Seller, the Seller collects the goods from the consumer at his own expense.
5. If an additional warranty has been granted for the goods, information about it, as well as its terms, is available in the product description in the Store.
6. Complaints regarding the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
7. The complaint will be considered by the Seller within 14 days.
EXTRA-JUDICIAL METHODS OF HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
- In the event that the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer may use with:
- Mediation conducted by the competent Voivodship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which you should apply for mediation. As a rule, the procedure is free of charge. The list of Inspectorates can be found here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595.
- Assistance of the locally competent permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which the application for consideration of the case before the arbitration court should be submitted. - 10 PERSONAL DATA
- The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store is the Seller.
- The Buyer's personal data is processed on the basis of the contract and for its implementation, on the terms set out in accordance with the principles set out in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). Detailed information on data processing by the Seller is contained in the privacy policy posted in the Store.
- Providing the Buyer with his personal data when making purchases in the Store takes place only on the basis of his voluntary consent, necessary to complete the order.
- The buyer has the right to inspect personal data concerning him, as well as to request their correction.
- The personal data provided by the Buyer when placing and ordering the order will be processed by the Seller only for the purposes referred to in this paragraph
- 11 COMMENT RULES
- Opinions come from logged in and not logged in customers, but we do not verify whether they have purchased a given product, because it (product) may come not only from our online store, but also from other online and traditional stores. All reviews are moderated. We display both positive and negative feedback;
- Only comments regarding the features of a given product are accepted - assessment of both advantages and disadvantages;
- We prefer concise, legible comments, not exceeding 500 characters;
- We try to write in correct Polish, so we do not accept comments with errors;
- We do not accept comments indicating that their author has not come into contact with the product in any way;
- We do not accept comments about third party experiences;
- We do not accept entries evaluating only the price of a given product. The price of the product is a variable factor and in the future such a comment may mislead readers;
- We do not accept comments containing e-mail addresses, website addresses, messenger and phone numbers, personal data, etc.;
- We do not accept entries commenting on another comment;
- Comments containing profanity, etc. are not accepted;
- Comments regarding errors in the specification or product descriptions should be sent directly to the e-mail address of the store's technical service (contact form);
- We follow similar rules when approving comments concerning not only products, but also those that may appear in other parts of the website, e.g. on our blog
- 12 DISCLAIMER
- It is forbidden for the Buyer to provide illegal content.
- Each order placed in the Store constitutes a separate sales contract and requires separate acceptance of the regulations. The contract is concluded for the duration and for the purpose of order fulfillment.
- Agreements concluded on the basis of these regulations are concluded in Polish.
- In the event of a possible dispute with the Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the Seller.
- None of the provisions of these Regulations excludes or in any way limits the rights of the Consumer under the law.
