Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Newsletter Service

  1. These terms and conditions define the terms and conditions for the provision of the Newsletter service by COBI SA, with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Jaskrów 11, Tax Identification Number: 952-17-83-570, e-mail: kontakt@cobi.pl), hereinafter referred to as "COBI."
  2. Before subscribing to the Newsletter, the user should carefully read these terms and conditions.
  3. The Newsletter service involves sending commercial information to the user via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user. This service is free of charge and provided for an indefinite period, until the user unsubscribes or COBI discontinues offering it.
  4. The Newsletter contains, among other things, information about COBI products and services, current promotions, events, competitions, news, and opinions. The legal basis for processing the user's personal data (email address) for the purpose of sending the Newsletter is the user's voluntary consent (), expressed when signing up for the service. Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including user rights, can be found in the Privacy Policy, available at: https://cobi.eu/privacy-policy.
  5. Each message sent as part of the "Newsletter" contains:
  • the sender's details (COBI),
  • the message title ("Subject" field),
  • a link enabling unsubscription.
  1. To use the "Newsletter," the user must have an active email account and a device with internet access that allows receiving messages. 7. Subscribing to the newsletter is done via the form available at www.cobi.pl and involves the following steps:
  2. providing a valid email address,
  3. confirming that you have read the privacy policy and newsletter terms and conditions,
  4. clicking the button confirming your subscription,
  5. logging in to the email address provided,
  6. reviewing its content and the links (privacy policy, newsletter terms and conditions),
  7. clicking the activation link sent to your email address. When subscribing, you also receive brief information about the processing of your personal data. Detailed data processing rules are available at: https://cobi.eu/privacy-policy
  8. After clicking the activation link, your email address is added to the newsletter subscriber database.
  9. You may unsubscribe at any time, without providing a reason and without incurring any fees, by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter message.
  10. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter is effective immediately after the user completes the action described in point 9. After unsubscribing, the user's email address is immediately removed from the subscriber list.

  12. Complaints should include:
  • a description of the problem,
  • the email address used for registration,
  • contact details for sending a response (email or mailing address).
  1. COBI SA will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt, informing the user of the procedure for resolving it in accordance with the information provided in the complaint.
  2. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available free of charge at www.cobi.pl in a format that allows it to be saved, reproduced, and recorded using the user's IT system.
  3. COBI reserves the right to amend the regulations for important reasons. Contracts concluded before the new version of the regulations enters into force will be implemented in accordance with the current version. Changes will take effect 14 days after their publication on the website. Users will be notified of the changes electronically. Failure to accept the new version of the regulations will result in termination of the contract after reporting this to COBI.
