Promotion terms and conditions ''The next one is cheaper''

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

1. Organizer – COBI S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (04-709), at ul. Jaskrów 11, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000025310, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9521783570, acting as the organizer of the “The Next One Is Cheaper” Promotion.
2. Promotion – the promotional campaign titled “The Next One Is Cheaper,” conducted by the Organizer during the period specified in these Terms and Conditions, consisting of granting a discount in accordance with the rules set out in §4 of these Terms and Conditions.
3. More Expensive Product – the product from a pair of products selected for the Promotion that has the higher regular price of the two products in that pair.
4. Cheaper Product – the product from a pair of products selected for the Promotion that has the lower regular price of the two products in that pair.
5. Base Price – the regular price of the product applicable in the Online Store at the time of purchase, understood as the price before the application of any discounts or reductions.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

§  1
Organizer

1. The organizer of the “The Next One Is Cheaper” Promotion, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion,” is COBI S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jaskrów 11, 04-709 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000025310, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9521783570, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

§  2
Scope of the Promotion

1. The Promotion applies to purchases in which the Customer buys at least two products covered by the Promotion.
2. The Promotion is applied automatically in the shopping cart after products meeting the criteria specified in these Terms and Conditions have been added.
3. The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made in online stores operated by COBI S.A.

Promotion Participants

1. Any individual who purchases products covered by the Promotion in the online store during the Promotion period may participate in the Promotion.

§  4
Promotion Rules

1. Under the Promotion, a discount is applied to a pair of products in the shopping cart according to the following rules:
   1. If the Customer purchases products eligible for the Promotion, the system automatically creates product pairs.
   2. If the Customer purchases an odd number of products, the remaining product that is not included in a pair is not covered by this Promotion.
   3. If the Customer purchases more than one product, the system creates pairs in such a way that the 20% discount is applied to the lowest-priced eligible products in the shopping cart.
   4. In each pair, the More Expensive Product retains its current price, while the Cheaper Product receives a 20% discount calculated from its Base Price.
2. Combining Promotions — Best Price Principle:
   1. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount coupons, or price reductions.
   2. If a product already has another promotional price assigned to it, the system compares the price resulting from this Promotion, calculated as the Base Price less 20%, with the product’s current promotional price in the shopping cart.
   3. For each product, the system automatically applies the price that is more favorable to the Customer.
      
      Example:
      Base Price: 87,50 EURO. Current promotional price: 74,75 EURO.
      A 20% discount from the Base Price amounts to 17,50 EURO, resulting in a final price of 70,00 EURO.
      The shopping cart applies the price of 70,00 EURO because it is more favorable to the Customer.
      
      Example: 2:
      Base Price: 37,25 EURO. Current promotional price: 24,75 EURO.
      A 20% discount from the Base Price amounts to 7,45 EURO, resulting in a final price of 29,80 EURO.
      The shopping cart applies the price of 24,75 EURO because it is more favorable to the Customer.
3. The Promotion does not apply to limited sets from the “Blocks Limited Edition” category available in https://cobi.eu/military-bricks/special-edition/limited-edition,79. 

§  5
Product Returns and Complaints

1. The Customer has the right to return products that are complete and in full-value condition within 14 days of receiving the purchased items.
2. If the Customer withdraws from the sales contract with respect to some of the products purchased under the Promotion, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid for the returned product, in accordance with the price indicated on the proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
3. The Customer has the right to file a complaint if a physical or legal defect is found in the product, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code concerning statutory warranty for defects and, where applicable, commercial warranty provisions.
4. Detailed information regarding the returns and complaints policy, including the procedure for filing returns and complaints, is available on the Organizer’s website at: https://cobi.eu/regulations.

FINAL PROVISIONS

§  6
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

1. The Organizer, COBI S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jaskrów 11, 04-709 Warsaw, reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

§  7
Final Interpretation of the Terms and Conditions

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
